The Business Development Strategy specialisation is designed to prepare students to the roles of leaders and reformers. Develop their strategic thinking, entrepreneurial skills, ability to innovate; ability to apply knowledge in the field of business and management to complex business issues in different situations; acquisition and development of interpersonal skills working in groups; capacity for self-management, lifelong learning and personal development. A graduate with this specialisation is able to determine the problem's own work and / or subordinates to achieve the objective, to ensure employee engagement and related divisions, build a strategy for business development. The specialisation is intended for both executives and specialists working in the area of development, including upper- and mid-level managers.

The Production Management specialization includes a special portion related to production activity of companies in different industries. The specialization is steered towards forming a comprehensive view of enterprise management with an emphasis on the highest stage of the production life cycle: the stage of product manufacture, organization of the mastery of new, contemporary technologies and products. The target audience for the specialization is managers on various levels who participate in the organization and management of the company’s production activity. A graduate with this specialization acquires systemic knowledge of business processes; economics; organization and planning of production and labor at the enterprise; logistics; marketing; basic innovative and investment management; mechanisms for managing production processes, quality and competitiveness, projects, sales, and risks.

The Human Resource Management specialization develop student competencies in the sphere of personnel management through forming systemic conceptions of a company’s staffing policy, and teaching newest methods for solving unusual personnel issues. The students acquire competencies that allow them to form and develop a system of strategic personnel management for an organisation; resolve issues related to managing personnel, resources, and knowledge based on modem analytical and information technologies; manage the development of an organization, its personnel, organizational culture, motivation, and stimulation of work efforts; build relationships, create an atmosphere of interpersonal understanding.
The target audience for the specialization is upper- and mid-level managers, human resource department directors, HR managers, employees of the talent pool for leadership positions, staffing agency specialists, and everyone who has practical experience in personnel management, but who needs to generalize, systematize, and form a set of competencies that facilitate effective personnel management of an organization.
