- The AUT Business School is a purpose built, world class building situated in the central business district of Auckland City. It is close to shopping and entertainment areas, galleries and parks, and a short walk to the harbour and waterfront.
- The Business School has its own café and has learning and social spaces throughout the building. It is host to an esteemed art collection spread across its 10 floors, creating a warm and dynamic environment.
- Situated in the heart of the AUT City Campus, Business School students can make full use of campus facilities including the library, computer labs, a gym, 2 restaurants, several cafes and other food outlets.
- In the Business School there is wifi throughout the building and laptops installed in some classrooms. There is a range of classroom designs (small round-table rooms and tiered seating case rooms) to facilitate group learning and discussion.
- A new learning precinct opens next to the Business School in 2013, extending the social and leaning spaces for business students
