A new 217,000 square foot state-of-the-art building, Alter Hall was completed in January 2009. Additionally, the old building, Speakman Hall, was completely renovated, to match the technologies of Alter Hall.

· 177 ft, 8 LCD color elliptical ticker in the student lounge
· Wireless Internet connectivity throughout the buildings and Wireless printing
· 26 breakout rooms for student with a 42-inch LCD, PC, Internet access, laptop connectivity, and wireless printing and whiteboards.
· 25 conference and seminar rooms with smart technology
· 12 interview rooms with recording capabilities
· 10 collaboration rooms with digital whiteboards and printing
· 270 seat auditorium with high-end projector, touch room controls, annotation monitor, class capture, video conferencing, live streaming and recording capabilities, wired, wireless and ambient microphones, controlled theme lighting. All controlled from a central control room.
