Description about Corvinus University of Budapest

Corvinus Business School is the leading business school in Hungary offering programs at the bachelor, master and post-graduate levels in Hungarian, English and German languages. Due to CBS’s positions in the national and international rankings the best students choose to study at the School. The world today is undergoing globalization at an incredible speed and therefore we aim to prepare our students for local and for international business career as well. CBS provides a highly international atmosphere due to the high number of international students and the international lecturers. The School is an active member of the international business school community. It has 145 partnerships with leading institutions, has received international accreditation (EPAS, EQUIS, BSIS and AACSB in process) and it is member of the AACSB, PRME, PIM, CEMS, EFMD communities. Furthermore, for its impact on local environment the School also received the BSIS label. The Mission of Corvinus Business School is to educate responsible business leaders and advance knowledge to promote the progress of global business and societyin the Hungarian-speaking world as well as the broader global community. The Vision of Corvinus Business School is to maintain its leading role as the top Business School in the region recognized for excellence in education, research and civic engagement. Short-term strategy of the School for 2018-2020 In line with the mission and the vision the overall strategy for 2018-2020 is to maintain the leading position in key areas: education, research and outreach, and to continue the development of the quality and international reputation of these key areas through operational excellence and to further promote responsibility and sustainability values.
