Eduniversal Schools of Excellence
A New Global Benchmark in Specialized Higher Education
Eduniversal proudly introduces the Schools of Excellence, a new international recognition system dedicated to identifying and ranking the world’s most outstanding institutions across key fields of academic and professional specialization.
Building on more than two decades of expertise in evaluating Business Schools and Universities worldwide, Eduniversal now extends its unique methodology to recognize excellence across specialized domains shaping the future of education, innovation, and culture.
Four Foundational Specialities
The 2025 lauch of the Schools of Excellence focuses on four major pillars of global education and economic development:
Arts & Luxury
Highlights institutions that combine creativity, craftsmanship, and strategic management in the fields of design, fashion, fine arts, heritage, and luxury brand management.
IT & AI
Showcasing schools leading the transformation of society through AI research, digital innovation, data science, cybersecurity, and the technologies shaping tomorrow's intelligent world.
General Engineering
Recognizing institutions at the forefront of industrial excellence, sustainability, and technological advancement. From mechanical and civil engineering to energy, materials, and smart manufacturing.
Law
Celebrating schools that uphold the values of justice through legal education, international law, compliance, and public policy innovation.

A Phased Global Expansion

The Eduniversal Schools of Excellence ranking will evolve progressively over four years, reflecting both the rigor of evaluation and the growing diversity of participating institutions:

Years Targeted Institutions per Specialty Status
2025 ~100 official schools Official launch and first evaluation
2026 200 schools Expansion and consolidation of academic networks
2027 300 schools Global benchmarking across all regions
2028 400 schools Full-scale international ranking

This structured growth ensures transparency, credibility, and sustainability, while allowing each specialty to develop a strong global ecosystem of academic and professional excellence.

Independent Committees of Experts (from 2026)

Beginning in early 2026, Eduniversal will establish an Independent Committee of 5 Experts for each Specialty.

Each committee will be composed of renowned academics and professionals from different regions, ensuring fair, diverse, and informed evaluation process.

These Committees will be responsible for:

  • Selecting and validating the institutions to be included in the ranking
  • Visiting and assessing schools on-site whenever necessary
  • Distributing the Palmes of Excellence based on the Eduniversal methodology
  • Following up on the evolution and achievements of each institution within their specialty

Through these committees, Eduniversal reinforces its commitment to independence, transparency, and expert-led evaluation.

A Truly Global Coverage
The Schools of Excellence are evaluated across 9 geographic zones and 154 countries, reflecting Eduniversal’s expanded international presence and its mission to foster recognition for academic excellence on an even broader scale.
